A) that is a long time to have a car so they must be doing something right & b) I am the worst driver so that is a really long time to have a car. The car keeps running because I have the best Porsche mechanics ever. Eisenbud's is honest shop with high quality work at bargain (it is a Porsche, mind you!) prices. I found out he was fiddling with my air/fuel mix. My car drove perfect before I brought it to him (with the exception of the boost issue). The CIS system is finicky to begin with and still is not right even after multiple visits back to Eisenbud as well as to another shop to figure out what the cranky old guy did to my car.
