Udhoo tells me soon after the rain stops. Ok, rain stops and no Udhoo. Call again and says he's sending his guys to do. 3 weeks past and no Udhoo. He had the special equipment to make the work productive and extremely safe. They also took care of tree canopy overhang and the two trees stump grinding. Since they are being paid for a service, I believe they should be willing to come back if a customer is not satisfied with the condition of their driveway. Overall, it feels like customer concerns about leftover snow -- especially when it is too heavy to shovel -- are not taken seriously.
