My girlfriend and her roommate were stuck off of road 57. They were only able to get me the Google coordinates of longitude and latitude. I was calling all over Farmington, NM. All the tow companies were pointing me to this company cause they were the ones that had a truck available. I gave the driver the information and he was able to get to them and get them back to town. Trust is built from experiences like these, and this is the only towing company I can 100% trust based on this one experience. Well done, they have made me a returning customer and I don't even live in the same state as them. :D read more

While driving to my new home in Washington on 7010(Google directions) I hit a huge pothole which busted 1 of my tires. The donut is 10 years old so of course it was low, add on top of that my car was loaded with a lot of my personal possessions which made the donut go flat as well. We were connected with 505 towing and after explaining what happened the tow truck arrived within 30mins of our call along with the fabulous owner how brought me, my dad and stepmom as well as my 2 fur babies to Farmington. They brought us to Sam's and since my tire is an odd size of course they didn't have my tire. They brought us to a hotel close by and Travis came back in the morning to help us find a tire. After going to multiple places they finally found a tire for my car and he stayed and changed the tire for us. I have no words to say how grateful I am to this great group. If you are ever stranded in northwest New Mexico this is the place to call. read more

They're polite, chatty and I didn't feel uncomfortable with their presence. Jesse was the last one to give me a ride and the first to ask for a review, so this is for her! They know that and presumably they know that people here need taxi service, so why do they have only 3 vehicles? I don't have a car, so I've been using them for several months to get to and from work. At least once a week they show up late or not at all. More than once they said I had not made a reservation, then suddenly discovered that their dispatcher had canceled my booking. I made a reservation last night for a pick-up at 7:05 this morning and verified it twice with the person who answered the phone. I waited at the door from 6:50 to 7:30; no one came or called.
