After a sleepless night I called Brian at snappy's and explained to him my situation and he was more than empathetic and I felt so relieved. that day my mower was finished and when picking it up the bill was more than reasonable I felt for all they went thru to fix it , dropping the deck which is no easy task for me and getting into that tight area to get to the parking break. Using their contact form on their website, I sent a request about blade sharpening. I never received a reply. However, since Snappy's is pretty close to my home and the reviews are good, I decided to go there anyway. Snappy's was easy to get to. Upon entering the store, I headed to the counter and a nice gentleman kindly assisted me. He said they do sharpen blades, and it would be about a week for the blade to be done (which is about the standard turnaround time for sharpening). I left the blade there and sure enough, about a week later I received a call that the blade was finished. When I picked up the blade, the blade had been well sharpened and also cleaned up as well as an old blade could be. I paid to the sharpening and was on my way. If it wasn't for the non-existent reply to my initial request submitted from their website, I would have given Snappy's 5 stars. I intend to use them again.

One month later, still do not have my chipper back, still have to call them weekly for an update and am still being told "It is almost done. Will be done soon". And 2 months later, still do not have my chipper.

But it is an outstanding company producing well-made products that can improve your quality of life, sold for a reasonable price. I use the drip pans manufactured by Range Kleen, for my gas stove. They have a 1-year guarantee, but they are well made and I think this guarantee is unnecessary...they will last far longer. They save time on cleaning the stove...instead of difficult, time-consuming scrubbing, I can pop the pans out periodically and clean them very quickly, then put them back. They are attractive and make my stove look classier and fancier than it would without the drip pans. Futhermore, these pans are manufactured in the USA. I'm very grateful for this company and its products. It may not be the most high-profile company but I want to share with others that I think this is one company that is doing its part to improve people's quality-of-life by doing honest business, selling high-quality American-made goods at reasonable prices.
