She asked me if I paid and said the had no record of it and that she was going to train the employee when it wasn't even anyone's fault. I would previously usually sit at the bar and pay before I leave. I ended up pulling up the transaction on my banking app to prove to her that I paid. She didn't even want to look at my phone. I'm sure she had remorse for asking considering the behavior. That was over a year ago. Today, I asked them not to put any agave in my bowl and they did not listen, this has happened not once, but twice. It's really not a big ask I don't understand how it's difficult to understand that not every person wants to consume a lot of sugar. Do better and avoid this place.

Although there are not a lot of vegan options, there were enough to satisfy us, and we were both pleased with what we ordered. The vegan soup-of-the-day was a mushroom-barley. Flavorful and not too salty! Yay. When I saw that the smoothies were made with fruit and fruit juice, no ice/sherbet/fillers I had to order the Peach-O-Rama. Just what I wanted! We also ordered the Hummus Platter (no feta) and the Buddha Burrito (no cheese, sour cream). The hummus was smooth and had just the right amount of garlic. The veggies were fresh and they did not skimp with the pita. The burrito was so good. We should have ordered another one to-go! The young gentleman taking our order was pleasant, charming with all of the customers, and really seemed to enjoy his job, making this an easy 5-star review. Parking is easy, bathrooms are clean, and there was a plenty of seating to choose from.

Their ice cream is good, I liked the texture/consistency of it more here than some of the other ice cream shops in town. The only thing I do not like from here and would not recommend is their esquite (corn cups). I have tried them twice here and both times there is a lot of water in the cup from the corn, and I do not like that it mixes with the cream and basically becomes soup. Only the top looks nice, but once you get a few spoon fulls off the top you see the water right away. You are better off getting it from the corn men that walk around with their little carts, they always drain the corn well. The limón ice cream is definitely good for those that want something more refreshing or not too sweet. The tequila flavor is interesting. The cappuccino flavor is definitely good for coffee lovers and it is actually quite strong.
