The last time they were out the service person told us our septic system was actually an old cistern. My calls to them since have been about putting in a new system and removing the old. Perhaps they do not want to deal with the removal and extra work involved with that. Regardless they have had plenty of opportunity to call us back and have chosen not to repeatedly. We have heard from other people that not calling people back is a regular occurrence from Kerns.
