Here is the reason, I started with them. When we moved here in 2021, I called them and 4 of their competitors. LSM and Marrs are the only two that responded. it came down to availability and trust. Trust was from multiple people that I know that gave me a great review and I am really happy i listened to them. Since then, we had them on two additional installs and a couple service calls and they have been consistently top notch. The installs have consisted of mini-splits as well as Heating and Airconditioning units so our experience is not just one type of install. Next will be Gas fireplaces in our home.
