Telling me that I had put in that my Jeep was a wrangler and it's a rubicon.(which is classified as a wrangler and their system had no Rubicon selection) super condescending and dismissive. I verified that it would be 1.5-2 hrs because I had appointments. Totally and completely miscalculated as my vehicle wasn't even pulled in until an hour and ten minutes later. After 30 mins I asked what the eta was and was told "45 minutes". This is 3 hours later. I have no idea the quality of the repair yet but I won't schedule at this location again.
