We were told by a local that 4712 was the best pizza in Werne. Since we already had the worst pizza we were excited by the possibility. You walk in to an art boutique meets yard sale atmosphere and are quickly greeted by a friendly gentelman that may be the owner. He sat down and helped us through the menu which was in German and deliciously extensive. We let him pick the pizza as you could tell from his round pysique that he is a man of many pizzas. We were pointed to a refrigerator where we grabbed beers then were brought glasses that complimented our choices and a bottle opener. We were surprised by a free starter of bread, garlic butter and a yogurt sauce. Yum. The pizza was chicken with peach and a magnificent flavor I couldn't detect. Glad I let him pick as there is no way I would have chosen it. Great experience all around. read more
