    $2k a month and no hot water. Can't wait till lease is up. Calling HUD. Management changes by the day.

    First off, when I chose to live here I was excited because management set the expectation that they…read moreoffer many amenities. They seemed like they would be very attentive to their tenants but this is not true. Here are some of the issues I've experienced - cancelled maintenance without notification, incorrect information given to me for important issues, management arriving late to meetings (over an hour late), not responding to emails within their own time frame and just plain rude when asking for simple requests. I believe the issues derive from poor management. James in particular has an attitude any time these issues come up but they stem from him and how he manages the property. For how much we pay monthly you would not expect this kind of management. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have emailed management for over two months with no answers or I'll receive an email that does not resolve my questions. They quadrupled my utility bill rate for the last two months and have not provided an explanation but to contact THEIR third party service company that they hired to manage utility bills. It is only reasonable to ask why your monthly water bill has gone from an average of $90 a month to $265 each month but they (RPM Management) do not think they have to give an explanation. Also, I have emailed and called the third party company (Conservice) but still no answer. Even when I call the third party company I either leave a voicemail or am in a queue for 30 minutes with no answer. So, I try again the next day and next and the same thing happens. It's hard to come up with all the issues that they could easily fix because every time there is a need from their tenants there is an issue. As if we aren't paying to live here or have them manage us. If there is one thing I can recommend is to run the other way if you are thinking about renting here. They will only give you issues for asking reasonable questions or making simple maintenance requests. I made a maintenance request and scheduled it 5 separate times in order for them to finally come out. The 4 previous times the maintenance request was scheduled they either did not show up or something happened, but I was not aware of this until I called them and asked where they were. They act as if we are there to serve them and not the other way around as we are their customers. I find it very disrespectful the way they treat their tenants and have spoken to multiple neighbors where they have the same issues. It's really unfortunate because all they have to do is learn customer service skills, but this is not on their list of to-dos. It actually is one of the things they try not to do and one person from RPM Management that is lacking this the most is Courtney Frost - I have had to email her multiple times a week to remind her that I am still waiting on answers, but she never responds so I am pretty much speaking to myself. I can go on and on about the issues that I have had here but I would spend the whole day writing this review if that was the case. Please just stay away from this place for your sake - they will try to sell you on luxury and being there for you but once you sign the lease you will be left on read.
