Use it for brushing my fields, grading my road surface, and taking care of my animals area. Dealer helped take care of my oil pan plug that was threaded wring, all under warranty and quick. They were able to add some lights and a few bucket chain connectors in the process. I found the manger and the customer service/mechanics helpful for information on doing my own maintenance. Id recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a smaller business with values and quality equipment.

I own a 2019 Sanger surf/wakeboard boat. Since I purchased it in 2019 one of the ballast bags has…read morecome disconnected due to stripped threads in the bag. The dealer I purchased the boat from went out of business a few weeks after I bought the boat. This year I heard Sanger had a new dealer in the area, "Hayden Equipment." I finally had time to take the boat in to be looked at. I explained the problem and left it with them for 4 days. Went to pick it up today (7/20/2021) and was told that they fixed the problem but that the problem was actually a kinked hose. The overflow hose has been kinked since I purchased the boat. Although I agree that it is a problem, it doesn't fix the problem entirely. When hand tightening the valve stem the valve strips loose and pops off, allowing gallons and gallons of water to fill my boat. Prior to taking my boat in, I wrapped the threads with a lot of plumbers tape and carefully secured the valve to the ballast bag. Although this has temporarily allowed me to use the ballast bag it's not the first time I've used this fix... inevitability, the valve pops off over time and my boat is filled with water. So, when they told me they fixed the problem and that it was not an issue of the stripped threads, I tried to explain that they did not fix the problem. Initially, I was calm. However, I was quickly cut off by another employee before I could finish explaining the entire problem. I admit that I lost my cool at this point. The front desk lady went to get the head mechanic to talk with me. When I walked out to meet him, he immediately told me that I needed to check my attitude with him because he would "mirror my attitude." I began trying to explain the problem as we walked to the boat... I was pretty calm initially with him. But, as we continued to the boat he again said something about my attitude... sort of like he was challenging me. We continued to the boat and again he said something about my attitude. It was like he was daring me to cross him. At that point, I lost it and said some choice things to him. At which point he said he was done with me and walked off. I put the cover back on my boat and went inside. The chief mechanic told me to leave and threatened to call the cops on me. I told him to go ahead and call them. While he was looking for the number to the police station, I asked another employee if I could talk to the manager. This employee was actually very nice and agreed to find the manager for me. When the manager came in, I calmly explained the situation while the chief mechanic stood by sneering and taunting me. The manager walked out with me and said that they could only look at what I was telling them, take pictures and check with Sanger to see how they wanted to handle the problem that I was telling them about. I told him that was all I wanted. He kept saying things about not being Sanger and it wasn't up to them to decide what to do. I reminded him that his company represents Sanger in this area and I understood that it would be up to Sanger but I needed them to look at the problem that had not been fixed. The manager took some pictures of the threads and the valve connected to the ballast bag. Hopefully, Sanger will resolve the issue which is actually a warranty issue with Fat Sac, the maker of the ballast bag. As I left, the head mechanic stood at the door to his shop taunting me as I drove away. With the exception of the one employee who graciously went and got the manager, I'm very disappointed with Hayden Equipment and the way I was treated. I realize that I retaliated with the things I said but only after being rudely interrupted and then repeatedly challenged by the head mechanic who is too proud to admit that he didn't fix the real problem.
