a customer so I didn't want to bother her and stood quietly waiting for her to be finished with the customer. The lady then peers over and sternly mocks me in English saying "GOOD MORNING, HOW ARE YOU?" As if I was supposed to say that to her over her customer? Then she proceeds to tell the customer in SPANISH that I'm rude and uneducated, as if I can't understand Spanish because I have brown skin. Guess she doesn't realize Latinos can be black. When the customer left I told her I wasn't trying to interrupt her when she was with a customer and the lady completely blew me off and was insanely rude and short with me the entire time she did my fingerprints. I had an appointment for fingerprints here and at my scheduled appointment time the door was locked which the OPEN sign was on. I knocked on the door and saw movement inside but apparently I made a mistake by selecting this location. Very unreliable. read more

I wish I would've read these reviews before I booked fingerprints at this location. I never give a bad review but after my experience, I couldn't ignore what just occurred. I had an appointment but the GPS directed me to a different place. Their phone kept going directly to voice mail. I finally found where I was supposed to be but there was a note on the door saying she'd be back in 10 minutes. I browsed the plaza to pass the time then came back and they still weren't open. I called the phone number listed on the note. She answered. I told her that I was there for fingerprints & asked if she'd be back soon. She asked what time my appointment was. I told her that it was earlier but I couldn't find the place. She then said that I needed to reschedule and the number I called was her personal number. Then she hung up. Like really??? She posted the sign with the phone number. Now she fusses because I call it?? I drove 45 minutes to get these fingerprints, not to mention how hot it is outside. I didn't bother calling her back to tell her that she didn't have to be so RUDE!!!!! Now that I read these other reviews, they also use the word RUDE. I guess that's the norm here. I agree with the others. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. read more

This facility will not get any stars from me. They lost my fingerprints and now I have to pay again. Apparently, they have been cut off from providing that service but still keep doing it anyway to get the money. DONT GO HERE!!!!! read more

I would give no stars if I could. The woman came out of the back room chewing something. Didn't even say hello, just looked at me and said mm hmm. Let her know I was there for a fingerpr appt. She asked if I had an appointment number, I showed her my phone so that she could see the appointment number herself and she wanted it read aloud instead. My appointment just kept going downhill the woman copped an attitude and had it the entire time trying to turn it on me as if I was having a bad day and that I should come back for my appointment. Well I was looking for my second form of identification she said call me when you have it ready (super nasty tone of voice and look of disgust on her face) and went and sat back down. Some people are just miserable and incapable of customer service and it shows. But, God bless her.... not gonna ruin my day lady! read more

If I could give 0 stars for this business, I really would. I received the WORST customer service of my entire like from Sandra who I believe is the business owner. I came in to complete my fingerprints. I was hesitant to even go in due to the establishment untidy appearance from the outside (looks like someone is into hoarding). I walk inside and Sandra asks me for my ID and confirmation number. I told her ok one second let me pull it up (it was on my phone). My cell service wasn't the greatest so after a minute passed, she gives the BIGGEST attitude about how I'm wasting her time and she has other customers to see (the shop had one person in there who appeared to just be sitting around). Her tone and demeanor were so nasty and unpleasant. It took me by surprise to say the least. I told her she needs to relax and learn how to talk to her customers appropriately. She could've easily said, "I'm going to tend to this customer really quickly. Let me know when you're able to pull up the appointment number." She asked for my IDs and slammed them back to me on the counter which I didn't take lightly. The entire appointment consisted of her and I going back and forth about how rude she was.
