On this particular early February day, ir was in the 60's in the shade and plenty warm to dine Al fresco. In addition to overlooking the ruin of a Roman wall, there was also swing music playing and dozens of couples dancing, which added to the festive atmosphere. Prices were very reasonable, and it would be fun to share a bunch of small plates with friends. We had The Wagyu Beef Tartare, the Tortilla Espanola, and Papas Bravas, along with wine and beer, and for four of us, it was a little over €40. We certainly got our value! If I were in Tarragona any longer I would go back again and spend another relaxing afternoon.
