I even learned some tips n tricks that I still use today when introducing my dogs to other people and their pets. I will never use a dog kenneling business again after the special treatment my dogs received with Chelsea. She spoiled them just like I would and made them feel at home. They had plenty of beautiful outdoors space to be in. I actually can't wait until they get to visit again.

She also has a grooming business so when you go in there is usually a pup getting groomed. It is clean and nice. Our guys were put in the front area and she said they did fine. We brought their own bed, food and treats since our dogs are on a special diet. When we went to pick the up of course they were happy to see us, but didn't seem to be traumatized or anything's I think the care was awesome. Believe me we've had a horrible experience in another state and we've been uneasy leaving them again. But all went great we'll use them again, great job and thank you!!

But Rhonda, the manager, has decided that children running through the store flailing cat toys is Acceptable behavior and that a well controlled, obedient dog who barks at such visual stimulation is not welcome in such a farm store. Prioritizing unruly children while asking a dog barking and wagging his tail was enough but for Rhonda to continue to label my long time customer pup as aggressive to the shock of her staff was enough to lose me as a customer forever. If they wants kids to scream and dogs to be silent, maybe don't allow pets in the store. Rhonda is a dark spot on this business and will surely cause other customers to see what homesteaders truly stands for. I have supported them through the pandemic and supply shortages and huge price inflation to support local. But no more. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere where they care about you, your farm, your dollar, and most of all, your loyalty.
