So, I know the basic of what NOT to do, that said... my toilet burped after flushing it one time. Well, that was weird to me so I reach out on yelp as I am still fairy new to the area. Hogle got back to me 1st and sent a tech named Jason out same day! I also had a few other complications going on at this time that had nothing to do with my plumbing per se, and this company as well as Jason worked with me on it anyway! If that isn't above and beyond, I don't know what is. I will definitely be coming back.

I was also interested in having a Rootx application due to the many large trees on my property causing a main line cleanout about every 9-10 months. They seemed very knowledgable about the application of the product and suggested the application be done through the toilet (like the Rootx site had suggested) but first they had to clear the clog to fully determine if roots were the problem. After getting the toilet clear, Armontrout said that he did not believe roots to be the issue and that the line seemed to be clear, so he didn't recommend doing the Rootx yet. He easily could have done the treatment and taken advantage of me, but didn't. I greatly appreciated it and I will use them in the future.
