He even waited an extra 10 minutes while I arrived, and I tipped him for his time. Unfortunately, the owner called during the delivery and became extremely upset about the short wait, questioned my ability to pay, and handled the situation very unprofessionally even though I was paying cash as previously discussed with the driver. Great service from Dellon, but the owner's behavior negatively affected the overall experience. Plus side extremely good price.

Would not recommend Macy's towing to my worst enemy. The hour and a half worth of sentry mode footage I recorded of him sitting in the tesla lot after dropping my vehicle sure makes him and macy's tow company look some kind of way.
