I would give ZERO stars if I could. Nautilus contracts with this company for their warranty repair, so be warned! I had an appt for 12-4, the service tech called and said he would be running late, I told him that was ok. That was the best part of this experience. After that, he never showed up. I repeatedly called 3XM to reschedule, never talked to anybody other than the apparent answering service who "escalated my call" and said that I would get a call back "within the hour". After several daily calls, over a couple of weeks with no response, I called Warrentech (the extended warranty company that holds the contract). They have no other providers they can send out, 3XM is the only one??! I had to go directly to Nautilus and they finally sent out their own repair person, it took me 6 weeks to get the bike fixed. Ironically, they texted me today - months later - to ask if I still needed repair services. 3XM is a joke - buyer beware. read more
