A prong on my engagement ring was bent and I brought my ring to them to see if they could fix it. They quickly straightened the prong and gave my ring a good look over and cleaning and said all looked good and I still had some time before needing a new head. Fast forward 2 years and a prong was bent. With it being a major anniversary year for us, decided since it was time for a new head, why not add to the original ring with some side stones. Kate at Luxury Diamonds helped in the selection of matched stones and the ring was improved on. When we went to pick it up, spouse and I felt the original band was too delicate a look with the new setting and decided to have a new band. Throughout the whole process the staff at Luxury Diamonds (Kate, Blake, and bench jeweler Jay) treated us with kindness and respect and we felt like friends or family, not just a number on a special order.
