The staff are helpful and they have personal trainers available to schedule one on one's for an additional cost. The basic cost is reasonable and includes the large group classes. There is a sauna and a pool. The hours and the location are convenient. I am working on my overall health, met a few new friends and I am enjoying this journey.

It is still outdated. The gym is very crowded and sometimes hard to do what you want. There are a couple rooms for fitness classes but I can hardly find a spot. The one thing I do love is the hot tub and the swimming pool, which my other gym doesn't have. That's why the 3 stars instead of lower. This gym will work in a pinch but I would check out the other newer gym close by. Either way you'll be working on those NYE resolutions.

For a martial arts school they are very reasonable, $95/month for 3 classes per week. Sifu is a phenomenal teacher & great with the kids. The classes are run very efficiently & the kids follow with respect. It's not one of those martial arts schools that are run like a boot camp. Besides the kids Kung fu classes they also offer adult classes for both Kung fu & Tai Chi. The adult classes I think are 4 or 5 times per week, which you can attend as many as you like. This is definitely a family establishment with a lot of the owners family working here teaching & helping at the front desk. They really make you feel welcomed. During the holidays they have a big party for the kids & families with lots of food, gifts & prizes. If you are looking for quality martial arts training in a friendly environment definitely give them a try. They also have another location in East Orlando near Goldenrod.

The costs for classes is relatively inexpensive. Classes are offered for all ages and physical condition. Hours will vary unless you have a private lesson. Overall I believe it is the best martial arts school I know, with the focus always being family and students rather than profit.

Good options for equipment & weights 6. Free 30-minute training sessions with their trainer (and you can sign up for multiple sessions in a day to target all your areas) 7. They offer scheduled new member tours where the trainer will show you how to use the machines. If you don't want to do that, if front desk isn't busy they'll kindly take you around. I'd personally just hold off and go with the trainer though; he's thorough in answering your questions and helping you prioritize your health goals. No complains, only good vibes here. I've been to gyms where I feel eyes staring at me & it made me uncomfortable; I have yet to feel that way here. It gives me more of a YMCA-type vibe IMO. For $30 a month, I get to use the VIP room with the massage chairs, cryo machines, etc, have free training included, bring a guest with me, and feel comfortable here. I'm happy.
