I know that there is a person who works here that is fluent in Spanish. She has always been rude and less than helpful. They think they are better than others. They have given my family the run around and have treated them with the mentality that because they don't speak English, we can push them around. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of effort, respect, and common courtesy that any customer should receive. I am happy that I convinced my parents to move insurance companies.
