She knew exactly how to swaddle and pose him, while Steve was a true artisan with the camera. Steve captured the most expressive shots at all the right angles. Beverly and Steve were also very receptive to our requests! My husband is a rock climber, so we wanted to create a couple of newborn pictures that included his climbing gear. Beverly made it come together so beautifully! Steve and Beverly were also patient and kind about newborn messes (spraying during diaper changes, spit up after feeding, etc.). They've seen it all (they are parents themselves), and the mess doesn't faze them. In addition, they gave some great advice to ease my anxieties as a first-time mom. We are so pleased with our experience here. The final photos are beautiful and we'll cherish them for a lifetime. I can't recommend this studio highly enough.

As any parent knows, getting a toddler and a newborn to cooperate is no small task, but they made it feel easy. The final photos were beautiful and captured our kids perfectly. I paid $34.28 on January 16 (including handling fees) to have three prints mailed to El Segundo and…read morenever received them. After weeks of waiting and making over a dozen trips to the delivery address to check for the prints, I contacted the company. I was told by Betsy that the order was "lost in the mail." That's it. No real solution, no accountability. What's unacceptable is that they sent paid orders with no tracking. Apparently, they're willing to be cheap with shipping while customers are left dealing with the fallout. I paid a premium expecting prompt, reliable delivery -- not to chase down a missing order. To make matters worse, Betsy's attitude during the conversation was dismissive and unhelpful, as if this inconvenience was somehow my problem instead of theirs. At this point, I'm still out the prints, out the time, and left with zero resolution. The least they could do is provide the digital copies for free, but even that hasn't been offered. Poor service, poor communication, and no ownership of their mistake. I would not recommend ordering from them unless you're willing to risk your money and time.
