"365 extreme gaming" was booked for my Godchild's birthday yesterday and they never showed up.
We called, texted, left fb messages to the business and personal pages of owners, sent emails, and it was if they fell off the face of the earth.
Then, at the end of the party they reappeared by calling and claimed that they sent her an email Wednesday (she never got it-we don't believe them) and since she "didn't respond" they "assumed she didn't want it" and simply cancelled it and never came.
We don't know what the truth is, but based on their own excuse, if this company ever sends you an email and you don't receive it, they may secretly cancel your event without telling you.
We had a very sad little boy who looked forward to his game truck party all year and his classmates who showed up to ask where is the game truck? They made the best of it, but this isn't how a company whose job it is to handle "SPECIAL EVENTS" should handle a very special event. Seems they have communication/commitment fulfillment issues.
(They did offer refund or to come another time, but of course they cannot be trusted to show up again) read more
