The only hard wired zone is my office. This is such shoddy workmanship. And to get this I had to coach the tech to make his connections through the junction box and not outside. He was going to drill holes in my wall when the house is already prewired for internet. It would have taken the tech an extra 5 minutes to do the job right. Dont believe the hype. Ezee is depending on outsourced techs who have 0 incentive to do an excellent job. All they jave to show is that the wifi signal gets to their provided router. When I called for help they gave me the old "well technically the other extenders and splitters are your equipment" Beware. Not worth the trouble.

I heard about this Musicians Gem from a referral that my son received during Regions band…read morecompetition. I thought I would give it a try and I'm sure glad I did. Danh is a stand up gentleman. He took time out of his busy schedule with lots of folks in line to sit and show us a few saxophones , as my son was looking for a professional instrument. I made an appointment because I knew I would be taking extra care in understanding the shop, the owner and technician, and the customer service. I have high expectations and this place delivered. I was really pleased with the customer service I received as a first time customer here. The care Danh took in finding and more importantly , allowing my son to find the right fit for his playing style and the sound he was looking for. This shop has a variety of the same saxaphone and not only that probably one of the few shops with this quantity of selection for the exact same model. After trying out the first round of 5 Selmers and a beautiful custom shop sax we decided to sleep on it, and come back for round 2 a few days later. Danh again took more time out, 2 entire hours, to show us a few others and we didn't even have a reed or mouthpiece or neck strap but he came through and let us test out the instruments with his supplies. Ofcourse I recommend you bring what you are used to using to be sure because you are not buying a piece of bubble gum, but rather an lifetime investment and you better be sure which one you want. I typically like to rush and buy things but I asked lots of questions and Danh answered all of them and when I ran out of questions my son also asked and every single answer was a reassurance to us that we will buy from this shop. Whenever testing out the instruments he can also do a special recording between the two final choices you make just so you can listen on your own when you just can't make up your mind. So on the third trip we tried one last sax and at the end my son decided he was looking for a dark and rich, rather than bright, sound so he stuck to his first and top choice from day 2. Not once did Danh ever make me feel rushed or that he didn't have time for us. Believe me this was one of my best purchasing experiences in recent history so if you need any sales tips go to a Danh. He is very knowledgeable and can adjust and tube things on the spot. Other activities take place like recording sessions and private rooms to practice along with instructors to help you learn an existing or new instrument! I saw a few pianos because I believe they have several students learning here. This place really is a hidden gem for musicians and I will support them as they support my family's music career! Sold me a used horn. Put it in a box that didn't fit right. The lip of the bell was damaged. Then…read morethe pads on the lower keys of the saxophone did not seal at all. The horn was not checked out before shipping. I will never buy from this place again. Shipping came late and was not delivered when promised. I took it to a technician by my house and he said there was no way that shipping could have damaged the bell and there was absolutely no way that shipping messed up the pads. He said clearly: "This horn was damaged and never checked before it was sent". The person at sax center is adamant that shipping caused the improperly sealing pads and the dented bell. 80 dollars later, after local repairs, the horn plays great, but was not playable direct from sax center. This man is trying to blame USPS and steal money from them! Fraudulent! Attached are dented photos. Pictures were not taken of the horribly sealing pads.

Grace computers is a great store the lady that runs it is honest and friendly. My computer was…read morehaving issues because I tried to upgrade grade it but I didn't have as much knowledge as I needed to get the job done correctly.  I needed a better PSU power supply.  I couldn't get my computer to work with the ones I bought. Grace had the tech take the computer down and find my issues.  One of wich was the case so everything from my first computer had to be moved to new case.  I had my motherboard changed out too so everything from the main board had to be swapped too. He did a great job with the wiring and everything is ziptied and clean looking, very professional. Before it looked like a birds nest back there. My new computer looks great I've been using it for months now it's been running well and gaming has been fun.  I still want more upgrades next will be a new processor and liquid cooler. I'll go with getting input from grace this time before just going out and buying computer parts. Thank you lots for the help. She's located in Chinatown, some great places to eat nearby. GPS had no problem getting me there.
