I came to Athletico Physical Therapy experiencing unbearable pain from a complex spinal issue,…read morehonestly doubting that my life would ever return to normal. During my initial evaluation, Lee Harvey was incredible--she rapidly diagnosed the root source of my pain. From there, Lee and Rachel Branch developed a comprehensive program to tackle the issue. I was seen in the clinic multiple times a week, where they expertly and compassionately implemented my treatment. They also put me on a home program that I followed diligently. When I first started, I was told this complex condition would require spinal surgery (by a spinal surgeon). But as a direct result of Lee and Rachel's outstanding care, expertise, and dedication, I may be able to avoid surgery entirely.

I must say without reservation that this was the best experience I've ever had - and the hardest I have ever worked post-surgery! I regained strength and agility to a level I didn't believe was possible at my age; what a life-changing improvement to my quality of life! Erin Hannink and Meg Robinson are exceptional. They were very careful to not exceed my level of ability during the healing process, yet they held high expectations as appropriate. Every minute of my time there was spent working toward self-improvement. The other staff (technicians and office personnel) were also very professional and attentive to my needs. I will most definitely return to PT Central in Edmond should I ever have a need in the future.

I had nothing but positive experience 8 years ago when I first went to Edmond PT for my bulging disc + sciatica pain. Front desk staff: Extremely friendly, so organized, and patient!! Nothing but good things to say about this staff Past: When I first came 8 years ago, Cheri fixed me. I entered the building in tears and in so much pain I could barely walk. I left with 0 pain and pages of exercises that I could practice at home with. My back inflamed a little again about a year later and Wayne was my PT. He was just as great! Current: This time, my PT is Lindsay, and she is also incredible. My pain is not as severe as it was before, but I can recognize it early enough before it gets worse. I love the traction machine, the electrode therapy; and the simple yet effective exercises that teach me how to strengthen my core and as a result straighten my spine, relieving pain from my sciatic nerve. These physical therapists are the best in Edmond, and probably even the state. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!
