I went to your clinic on May 23rd and saw Shea Charbeneau not impressed. I was not treated nicely by her and your receptionist. First, I have to say that I have gastro vacterial problems and I told your receptionist that by the way, she kept frowning and giving me bad looks every time I had to approach the window, I told her that I would prefer not using the check in pad because of bacterial scare, she looked anoyed when I asked her for regular paper copies to fill out the forms. He said she cleaned the pad with a wipe, which again, I don't know that for sure. I asked my husband to go to our car and get a wipe, at that moment your receptionist got up and walked away from the window, then I leaned over and saw her talking near behind a wall to another employee. I am sure she was making a comment about me. When I was upset that your office do not offer an option for patients to fill out forms the old fashinoed way. There is no reason for your receptionist to act up and be rude about it. She has no patience, too young and unprofessional. She did not know how to handle the situation in a decent way. Another problem I had with your office is that Shea Charbeneau took almost 30 minutes to come to the room. She did not even had the decency to apologize for the wait. She was rude and inconsiderate. I did not like her demeanor, I felt unsafe and rushed, she was rough around the edges too. Dr. Shea told me that I was wearing the wrong shoes, and that I should buy the Sketches she was wearing. Really? I think that is so inconsiderate from her part to say something like that. Many people can not afford sketchers especially the ones she was wearing. I felt offended because I don't think she had tact at all. Also, my husband noticed that some of the people that came after us were already being seen. That is nice and fair from your doctor to do that. Lasty but not least, I asked Shea to please write a note for me for my incoming flight. I was going on a trip out of state, and I needed a short note addressing that my husband had to sit next to me to help me get up, sometimes I have trouble getting up from a chair after sitting for long periods of time. Shea said she will do it and to wait out in the waiting area and that the receptionist was going to hand me the note. After that, I went to the waiting area and told the receptionist about the letter/note and she said she did not have it and had to wait for the doctor to write it.
My husband and I waited for about almost 15 minutes in the waiting area; there was nobody there. We had to leave the office; we had been there more than I expected. Before I left your clinic, I told your young receptionist that we had to go. It was getting too late and had to pick up someone, and I asked her to please email me the letter from the doctor I needed for my upcoming trip. She again gave me an unpleasant look and said okay. I never received the letter from Shea Charbeneau. It was not sent to my email. It is obvious that because of the way I was terribly treated, I will never go back to your office. They are rude, unprofessional, and hostile. And I was discriminated against. I will tell people I know not to go to this clinic. Because you will be mistreated, disrespected and totally ignored. read more
