Then this year they were to inspect and flush the wet sprinkler system but just signed it off with no flush or inspection. Some fire extinguishers were expiring this year and their service cost are ridiculously high. I've switched to another company and their charge is less then half the price. After several years with this company, I'm done. time to move on.

I got a disrespectful response which dismissed me. They didn't even bother with booties. When I called to replace a malfunctioning fire alarm, the second service rep wore booties. He asked me to sign a blank service form and didn't mention they were going to charge me for this service. They charged me $200+ for urgent service an $100 for the fire alarm. All charges I wasn't informed about until my strata told me about it. Very non transparent and sneaky. Here's the kicker. When I called to inquire about their warranty, they told me they only honor the fire alarms for 1 year including malfunctions. My fire alarm wasn't meant to be replaced until 2029. I've seen better warranty buying fire alarms from cost co. If there was ever a check list of losing my trust as a customer, this company ticked them all. Hire at your own risk.
