I very much appreciated his time basically providing a phone consultation without needing to travel to his clinic which would have been problematic since we live in a different state. He was also very honest and open with his professional opinion and suggestions even saying that this clinic might not be the best option for what our daughter needs which apparently is very rare. He even gave us some suggestions for other institutions that might be a better option for us.
