Big, clean, nice convenience store. Lots of gas pumps with Marathon gas. Deli with tables inside…read moreto sit and eat. Fountain drinks, snacks. Nice employees. They have a drive thru.

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I…read morecalled Kangaroo to order supper for my husband and me: wings, fries, and ranch. I was VERY clear about what I wanted. I ordered an 8-piece mango habanero with ranch, a large fry, and an 8-piece hot honey. The employee repeated the order back to me and told me it would be about 25 minutes. Cool. No problem. I show up 25 minutes later, only to be told, "I gave you a 6-piece because we don't have 8." Okay... that's fine. Mistakes happen. I'm not unreasonable. Then I look at the order and realize there's NO hot honey. I ask about it, and the response was basically, "Oh, I was wondering what you wanted hot honey on." EXCUSE ME? What exactly did you think I meant when I ordered 8 pieces of chicken -- HOT HONEY?! Hot honey on my fries? My purse? The windshield? Because I didn't get it in any of those places either. Then I was told, "You didn't specify." I DID specify. And apparently because I said "hot honey" at the end of my order, that somehow became too complicated to understand. Apparently the concept of ordering more than one item in a single phone call was simply too advanced. I asked if they could PLEASE make the hot honey wings since I had already waited the 25 minutes, and I was told they were now closed. I was there at 7:55 and they close at 8. I'm sorry that's not my problem I ordered them way before they closed I simply wanted them to fix their mistake. That's not my problem when I ordered them before you closed and specifically asked for them. The mistake was on their end, yet somehow I was the one expected to just accept it, pay for it, and leave. And just to put the cherry on top: I didn't even get the ranch I ordered. So after waiting 25 minutes, getting the wrong amount of wings, missing an entire part of my order, not getting the ranch, and then getting attitude when I politely tried to have THEIR mistake corrected... I ended up having to leave and go somewhere else to get food. I have genuinely been to Dick's Last Resort in Tennessee, where the employees are literally PAID to be rude to you, and somehow they still managed to treat me better than the employees here. At least Dick's Last Resort can listen, communicate, and get an order right. Honestly, if Dicks is hiring, maybe they should send their employees over there for training. They already have the attitude down -- now they just need to learn the customer service part. I was as nice and patient as I possibly could be throughout the entire situation, and I still got an attitude over their own mistake. At the end of the day, I paid for food I didn't receive correctly, wasted my time, had to go somewhere else, and had to wait AGAIN just to get supper. Absolutely ridiculous. Needless to say, I will not be back, and I definitely wouldn't recommend wasting your time here. There are plenty of places willing to take your money AND actually give you what you ordered. Save yourself the headache.
