We called Point Wellness Spa and spoke to Beverly who did everything possible to ensure we could get the massages we wanted. She call us back with appointment times (it turns out she kept the spa open later so we could both get massages) and made us at home while the other person received a massage from Julia. I was able to borrow a yoga mat and take some time to myself in the empty yoga studio as well as sit on the massage chairs. I walked in hoping for a massage, and left with so much more- the time spent to myself in her yoga studio was priceless. Julia's professionalism and massage were top notch. She worked out my problem areas and left me feeling more relaxed than I could have ever hoped for. Beverly was an incredible host- effervescent, attentive, and accommodating. It's clear that she cares about her guests and will go above and beyond to care for their needs. While the facilities may be small, the use of space is well thought out. Beverly wants her guests to feel at home at the spa and her attention to detail is clear. The space is clean and bright with great views from all over the property. My only regret is that we didn't come earlier in our vacation so we could visit again and get another massage, take an aerial class, or try the rest of the spa treatments. If I'm ever back in St. Thomas I will absolutely come back to Point Wellness Spa and I absolutely recommend this place and its staff!

I found his gym via yelp and their Facebook page (which is set up as an individual and not a company page, therefore all info isn't visible unless you are friends) I'm not sure why one would set up a company page that way but at any rate.... We drove and drove and finally ended up at the destination provided on both yelp and their Facebook page. The address listed brings you to a HOUSE in a residential neighborhood in Fajardo! We then called to ask for directions. She told us to "Look for Pizza Hut in Fajardo" and they're located close to there. We asked her to verify their address. Again, she mentions being "near Pizza Hut." Those directions were SO confusing!! We opted to turn around and leave and workout on the beach instead!! I gave it 2 stars... For the lack of interest helping potential customers and for the inaccurate address listed online.

Requested more proof documentation by the company which was sent right after the request email was sent to me. Waited some more time. Received another email stating I was cancelled but had to pay a cancellation fee plus another month of membership (which they don't use your original contact date they use the date they finally complete the response to you to give them more time and money). I requested where to send the funds to multiple times with no response. Then started receiving emails that I broke contract and never cancelled. DO NOT EVER EVEN CONSIDER USING ANY HCOA FACILITIES.
