Archive's staff took care of a tricky job for me recently (I thought it was tricky, anyway - they seemed to take it in stride) involving an impulsive art purchase, an equally impulsive frame buy, and someone on one end or the other getting the measurements wrong so that the two didn't fit together. Sarah and her staff basically waved a magic wand and a few days later I was picking up the reworked combination and it's now hanging in pride of place in my living room. My sister was so impressed she had me take a couple of her pieces in to be framed, and they turned out beautifully as well. I won't swear their prices are lower than that chain store, but if they're higher it's not by much, and the depth of knowledge and access to options that Sarah offers make it an easy choice which to go to.
