Some are better than others, and once in awhile it is the most convenient place to go. But I try to avoid it. This time, I ordered a desk online and figured the Marysville store was right on my way to work and all I had to do was run in, get the desk, and run out. I had forgotten about Walmart customers, and employees. From the people meandering aimlessly down the parking lot rows, talking and shouting, to the ones inside who didn't know how to drive shopping carts, to the surly employee who eventually showed up to help with my desk, I was annoyed the whole time I was there. I got it and skedaddled. No one bothered to check my receipt as I left with a big box in my cart. I've been before, at various hours. Service varies, but is usually mediocre. Selection is huge and prices are generally good (though not much better than any other big box store; seriously, why is Walmart considered so cheap? In relation to the mom and pop stores they run out of business, maybe, but compared to similar big stores, I don't get it.) The parking lot of this one, and most, is crazy. Since Meijer opened across the street, I avoid this one as much as possible. I should have sent my order to the Tuttle one this time.

It seems most things need to be ordered online, well if I'm going to do that I will shop at Amazon who has same day or next day delivery, I think they thought the remodel would make them more like a target.. wrong. Just visited today with a friend and this place was busy! There was a lot more people than we'd…read moreexpected but the studio and staff were very helpful and able to squeeze us in without reservations...def would recommend calling ahead and booking a spot for next time! We had a fun 1.5 painting our pottery. We were able to choose from a variety of clay sculptures, plates, and figures and both landed on plates. The staff explained the process to us and helped out with picking colors and aiding us when we needed help choosing brushes. Great time for all ages!

I appreciated how helpful and honest everyone in the store was. They were great about calling me when the machine was finished and kept it for me until I got back from vacation. Just really nice people.

Mostly, they are wonderful at being supportive in their useful advice. The repair person is so quick and does such a great job. You will be so happy to shop there if you are into embroidery or in need of a sewing machine and some support. Cannot say enough positive things are this wonderful store.

Tried to return a Christmas ornament that was part of my Wishlist catalog order. I didn't realize…read morethat an additional cord was necessary to purchase on top of the 26.00 ornament. I was also purchasing 3 more items. The employee was extremely rude (I didn't know that ornaments aren't returnable even though it's more than 2 weeks before Christmas). I asked her to look up my list to prove that I purchased it there and she said she couldn't find my name. She basically accused me of lying... she said I probably bought all my ornaments from a different Hallmark store (I only shop this one). I even still have the voicemail from one of their associates letting me know that my waitlisted Star Wars ornament had come in. Disappointing because the staff there has always been so friendly. I've never seen this particular person. Maybe she's Seasonal. Anyway... this year I purchased several hundred dollars in ornaments. Never again. There are too many Hallmark stores in this same area to be treated like that.
