Then, the last one they did, one of the guys moved my long rain hose so he could mow. That, of course, has to be done. The trouble is they moved it close to the house, pointing down into my basement window. They did not put the hose back. They left it pointing in my basement. My neighbor told me about it. I'm glad she did, as we were to have rain. I have a carpeted basement, and that would have flooded my basement had it rained. And then I asked Aaron to run a very minor and short errand for me. I don't have a car. We agreed on a time. He did not show up, nor did he text me or call until much later. By then, I hired Uber to take me to handle the job, and Uber turned out to be cheaper than what I would have paid Aaron. So I decided to hire someone else to do my lawn. His attention to detail seemed to be good at first. But then, for some reason, he seemed to lose interest in doing a good job. For the reasons outlined, I can't recommend him, but I can't say he might not do a great job for you. All I can say is he highly disappointed me.,

They offer about quality work at a fair price and within a timely manner! Despite being behind because of rain, Steve made an effort to get out and get us a bid and talk through some ideas and suggestions the day after we made our first call. Because of the weather and having to push things back, he came out one evening to help reroute some drainage issues we had as a temporary fix until he could get out to finish the whole project. At that point, we hadn't even decided which company we were going with. He told us that it didn't matter and he couldn't, in good faith, let us go without some sort of help with the impending rain. In addition to being a standup person, the quality of work we received was incredible, we have never had a crew who took such care and paid such close attention to detail. They were all respectful and took care as if it were their own home. They cleaned up after themselves every evening and made sure every last detail was finished! Steve answered every question we had with politeness and a smile, he never got frustrated when we added things mid project or asked a million questions. Without a doubt, you will not regret giving New Look Landscaping a call!

This company installed my irrigation system, buried my downspout run offs and my sump pump…read moredischarge line. Work was fine at first. I've had them out to replace a broken discharge line. And it's happened again. I've had to call multiple other times because my gutters do not drain, they spill out and wash away landscaping every time a heavy rain comes through. I have showed them videos. When they came out they actually told me "I don't know how to fix this." I called for 2 years to have them do my winterization and the call immediately went to voicemail every time. I had to hire 2 other companies to winterize due to Gabe's not being available by phone. I thought they went out of business. Then out of the blue I get a text around October 2024 that I was ready for my winterization. I did not hire them for the winterization in 2024. I recently called to have them (again) repair the sump pump discharge line and troubleshoot my downspout issues. They NEVER SHOWED UP! I called multiple times to get an answer as to why they never showed and no one has ever returned my calls. This company is unreliable and a waste of time. I gave them a hell of a lot of money too. Never again! That was their last chance with me.
