We're not a plow truck service — we run Kubota M-series tractors with rear-mounted inverted cyclone snowblowers, which throw snow up and out rather than pushing it into piles or damaging lawns at the edges of driveways. That means real clearing down to bare pavement, even after the kind of storm that leaves plow trucks struggling to keep up. Every seasonal customer is on a managed route with automatic dispatch once 3 inches of snow accumulates — no calls needed. Every single visit is GPS-timestamped, and you get an automated text the moment your driveway is clear. We keep our service area intentionally small (City of Rome, NY only) so we can guarantee a real 4–6 hour service window, not an 8-, 10-, or 12-hour wait. We also run backup equipment — multiple blowers and at least two tractors — so a mechanical issue never stops the route.

315 SnoBlow started with a simple observation: most snow removal in Rome was reactive — you call, you wait, and you have no idea when (or if) someone shows up. During the storms that matter most, plow trucks often can't keep up with heavy snowbanks, and even a good plow job usually leaves lawn damage at the driveway edges and snow piled where you don't want it. Founder Chad Barnard built a different model from the ground up: farm-grade tractors with inverted cyclone snowblowers instead of plow blades, automatic dispatch tied to real snowfall triggers, and GPS-verified proof of every visit — so customers never have to wonder if their driveway is actually going to get cleared.
