Scheduling was convenient and she got me in on short notice following a cancelation, which was great because I was so tired of doing my own roots. Looking forward to my next visit!

I called her on a Saturday to ask for a same-day appointment, because I had a job interview on Monday. She shifted her schedule around, so she could fit me in, just to help me out.
