I strongly advise anyone considering Gayardo Law Firm to look elsewhere. My experience with them…read morehas been unprofessional and incredibly frustrating. Excessive Billing: They will charge you for the most minimal interaction, including a simple two-minute phone call. They seem more focused on finding ways to bill you than actually providing service. Terrible Communication: The front desk consistently promises that someone will call you back, but they never do. I had to call them repeatedly just to get an update, only to be ignored again. Unprofessional Tactics: I received a call to continue a case and attempted to cancel only a few hours later. I was told I would receive a callback that same day. I waited all day with no response. When I followed up, they claimed they had already "opened the case"--clearly a tactic to justify charging me immediately despite my attempt to cancel. They are too quick to charge and completely irresponsible when it comes to customer attention. Save your money and your time: run as fast as you can. I will never do business with them again.

I was contacted by representative via phone call. She was very helpful. She was able to pull up all my information on her computer and give me the perfect steps to follow. I contacted them regarding a speeding ticket that I got. The price was very reasonable, communication was great via emails. I could sign contracts and things like that. The day of the hearing I got word that my case was dismissed no points on my drivers license. No traffic school totally dismissed. The judgment said "dismissed for various reasons". This is the second time that I've used this law firm. The first time was for an accident that was not my fault. I highly recommend Alex Hanna law. I feel like they deliver above and beyond.

Worst Experience I've Ever Had With a Law Firm -- Extremely Disappointed…read moreMy experience with Alex Hanna Law was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I have ever had with a law firm. I chose this firm expecting professional representation, communication, support, and someone who would genuinely fight for my best interests. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Throughout my case, I was assigned approximately four different attorneys, and the constant changes made the entire process even more frustrating. I never felt that I had consistent representation or that anyone was truly taking ownership of my case. The level of communication, guidance, and support I received was nowhere near what I expected from a firm that presents itself as highly experienced and prestigious. One of the biggest problems was the property damage to my vehicle. I was clearly not at fault for the accident, yet I was repeatedly told that the firm only handled the injury portion of the case and would not assist me with the property-damage portion. I found this extremely disappointing because I needed help navigating the situation and dealing with the insurance company responsible for the damages. As a result, my vehicle ended up sitting in the body shop for approximately three months. Ultimately, I had to come out of pocket approximately $1,500 just to retrieve my own vehicle. In my opinion, much more could and should have been done to help me pursue a fair resolution for the property damage. The entire case also took an extremely long amount of time, and after all the waiting, frustration, and stress, I honestly feel that the outcome was nowhere close to being worth what I went through. What made the situation even more disappointing was the amount of money deducted from my compensation. There were numerous charges and bills that I found extremely difficult to understand or justify. After all the deductions, fees, and other expenses, the firm ended up keeping a significant portion of the settlement, while I was left feeling that I had received very little value for the amount of time, stress, and frustration involved.

When I…read morecalled, I kept getting passed to different people, and they asked for a lot of personal info upfront - it felt like they didn't know who I was being passed to, and it was weird. Even after I gave them everything, they still asked for the same stuff days later, so I'm wondering what happened to the original info. I ended up dropping them - it just wasn't a good fit. If you're looking for representation, I think you deserve better treatment than this.
