When the trainee had to ask her for help, she barked very unhelpful and unspecific orders at him from the corner of her mouth while looking at me with contempt. I thought it might have just been me, when another customer came in needing help she also shouted at the customer and told her off for dropping her phone! Not only was she rude to the customers, she treated her colleagues like literal slaves, it was the first time in my life I was simultaneously in shock, disgusting, horrified and feeling very sorry for the other customers/trainees. That's the last time I ever use this branch for anything, the Ipswich/Cambridge branches are so much better. This manager might need retraining, disciplinary action or a sacking, but this is not how you talk to people, regardless of who you or they are, and this is not how you treat customers!
