Angie and the rest of the team were super friendly and are shining examples of great customer service. I will certainly recommend One Source Auto Glass to all of my friends and family. My car is worth over $15K, and I would've gladly paid the difference--but they made assumptions and never confirmed anything. I tried to get it corrected, and scheduled a follow-up for 12-5 PM. Instead, the tech showed up hours early, didn't wait, and then left the area. When I called back 15 minutes later, he said he was "already gone" and never came back. Even worse--they deleted my appointment from the system and I had to start over completely. I've now had to push this off for another week due to my work schedule. Total inconvenience. I couldn't even reach the tech because his voicemail was full. I've filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Ohio Attorney General. I will never recommend this location or company to anyone. Convenience shouldn't come at the cost of quality, communication, or basic respect. Edit to add since they replied : yall own rep stated they usually ask if they want aftermarket or OEM but because my car is a older model and most older models don't want a OEM one they didn't ask. Doesn't matter what parts yall put on the receipt, when I booked it didn't ask me if I wanted a OEM windshield or aftermarket , so I assumed yall would go with the factory setting of the vehicle since that's what I had on my car that yall replaced . That is not my fault yall site isn't properly set right so people have an option and it's not my fault yall workers were too incompetent to ask . & I tried to book it right to get it fixed and pay the additional and yall agent came too early & lied that they were coming back out at the correct appointment time and did not and just deleted my appointment and said I wasn't home and didn't call me and ignored my call. I only found out hours later cause I called the store . So no matter how yall try to make it seem like it was my fault . Yall people were very unprofessional from the jump and provided me a horrible experience .

I took my car for the initial estimate and my insurance had already coordinated everything prior to my arrival. I had to wait two weeks to drop off my car, which is reasonable. The insurance agent told me ABRA would order my parts in advance of my dropping off my car but when I dropped it off my car, ABRA said they had not ordered the parts. I had no choice but to leave my car and hope for the best. The text messages kept me updated daily, which was nice. I had a text message on day six saying my car was ready. Since it was a Saturday, they were only opened a few hours so I called at 9am, opening time, to ensure my car was ready. The receptionist said it was so I went to pick it up. When I arrived the receptionist's little girl was running all over the lobby and engaging customers. This is unprofessional. The receptionist disappeared for about five minutes and returned to tell me there was a "spot" on the fender they needed to buff out. I waited 20 minutes and they brought my car out. It looked terrible. The hood, which was new, had paint splotches all over and looked like a five year old did it. I asked why it looked so bad and the receptionist lady just shorted circuited and walked off. The customer service rep came out and looked at me like I was crazy. She finally admitted it looked bad and said they could buff it out. It took a call from the regional manager to have my car fixed. What happened to pleasing the customer? Worst experience ever.

I went there to get a windshield replaced and ended up with a broken rear view mirror. They did not inform me when it actually happened because they were trying to cover it up. They first tried to glue it back together, but that wouldn't work because that was going to take some time to dry. They ordered another rear-view mirror from a parts store that did not fit as well. They had put that in place of my original rear-view mirror as temporary replacement. I was sitting in the waiting room when all this was happening. When he called me up to let me know my car was ready and to pay for the services that is when he told me what had happened. Saying they had a little hiccup, but he had taken care of that. He showed me my rear-view mirror which they had glued back together. He told he was going to keep my original rear view mirror until it dries. Then he wanted me to come back in two days, then he was going to put my original mirror back on. I told him, sir when I brought my car up here my rear-view mirror was not broken, I'm not going to accept that. At that point I was so frustrated with him. Then he tells me he is going to make it right by ordering me another rear-view mirror from Amazon. Now I have already paid this man for the service which I hate I did. I went back the next day, and he tries to put the original rear-view mirror back on there and it did not work. I go back that following Monday, his technician who broke my original rear-view tried to put the Amazon rear-view mirror on and that did not fit. He puts a wedge in between to make it fit. I knew this business was not right, but I let them get over on me not knowing my rights.
