Hayley makes it fun as your ear, eyes, and hands are trained in Classical, Jazz, and Popular piano. She uses a mixed method of traditional reading and audio perception so that all students can succeed in their practice.
Hayley is also a Certified Sound Healer, and understands the essence of vibration and frequency on a quantum level. This helps her to relax shy or anxious students, and bring ancient techniques of rhythm and vocal work into the lessons. Hayley's BA in Sociology and Business gives her the organizational skills to run her business in an effective way, always maintaining positive and professional relationships with her clients.
Hayley is also a musician and music producer, and has enjoyed composing and writing since a young age in her hometown of Belfast, Maine. She hosts monthly events on both the West and East coasts, and participates in performances using keyboards, drum machines and vocals. She has experience teaching music production classes in classroom settings and coordinating activities in community after school programs. Since 2020, offering piano and production lessons virtually has become another specialty.

History
Established in 2009.
Hayley Shula began private piano training at the age of six, continuing into college taking advanced courses in piano technique and theory. In 2006, she received her BA in Sociology and Business from the University of San Francisco. In 2009, she started teaching at a YMCA after-school program she was coordinating. Soon after, she became certified in the Suzuki Piano Method, and had students participating in the National Piano Guild and National Federation of Music Clubs Piano Festival each year. She taught at the Berkeley Academy of Music for 6 years, gaining knowledge in classical piano instruction. She taught at Acme House of Music for 3 years and received advanced training in jazz theory. In 2011, she received a Certificate in Sound Healing, adding skills in vibrational theory and music therapy to her method. In 2013, she founded "3 Key Studio" in Oakland, California. Since 2020, she continues teaching students anywhere virtually as well as in-person.
