To say that Tiffany and her crew at 3 Degrees are dishonest and money hungry, would be to do those two words a disservice. When someone tells an employee at the front desk (Ashley), that they want to cancel their membership and finish out their sessions, one would think that that would be the end of things. Come to find out, that apparently one needs to sign a form to complete the membership cancellation, but never once were we told that. When speaking with Tiffany a few days later, as no one could help us besides her and Elizabeth apparently, she instantly became beligerent and did not care to hear what I had to say. Instead she acted like a 2 year old instead of a professional, and hung the phone on me and said that never in 15 years has she had to deal with anything like a cancellation issue for a customer. Apparently Tiffany and crew do not spend time reading the reviews people leave for their business, as it has become quite clear to me that many other people have had the same experiences as me, and it appears as though all Tiffany and crew want, is to make the almighty dollar instead of being a place of sound repute. I hope it was worth alienating customers and losing business, instead of working together on a resolution. Apparently business is good enough where they don't need to care about repeat customers, or with losing business from possible new customers who will be told all about their lack of professioinal demeanor. read more

I absolutely love 3 Degrees. The girls are always professional and helpful when unexpected things come up. They have been great at rescheduling me and getting me in on their very next opening. Everything about this place is no good. It starts with their fictitious claims about infared sauna benefits, and worsens when you figure out their shady membership requirements and billing practices. they will try and force you to pay for additional months after ending membership and their employees are extremely uneducated. read more

I work in healthcare and with Covid going on, I wasn't going to go to 3 degrees and risk giving someone something or picking something up there to take back to work. (It's also ridiculous that this place never closed as they are not essential, but that's another issue). So, I called to cancel my membership in April and was told I had to do it in person. Obviously, that wasn't going to happen and I told them as such. So, they sent me paper work to fill out and return. I filled it out and dropped it in the mailbox. (Also ridiculous. Why so much red tape to cancel?) Apparently, they never got it, which is unfortunate, but was hardly my fault. It also wasn't necessary as now I got an email saying they CAN close it remotely. I was told that my membership had to be paid for a minimum of six months and that it wasn't transferable. Not a problem. Now they're saying that they want to charge me for 30 days after cancellation? Where is this policy? It's not on their website. It's not in the faqs or in the membership information. The six-month minimum is on the website. Maybe it was in the big packet that I got over six months ago, but I don't remember being told anything. This policy is not readily available for its members making it sneaky and underhanded. They really want me coming in there and possibly getting people sick for $80. read more

3 Degrees is a very clean, lovely facility. I had a nice experience going every day for about a week. Upon entry, I was greeted by pleasant staff. I would then use the vibration plates to exercise and stretch out on before my sessions. During my session, I enjoyed the light therapy within my personal sauna. After my session, I enjoyed a cold towel infused with essential oil of eucalyptus to pat my face and neck with. Educate yourself on the many therapeutic benefits of infrared heat. read more

I would rate a zero if I could. 1. This is not a relaxing place. It is completely open and your sauna room is not all too private. People blare their televisions (which I have never seen TVs in sauna - very backwards) or the employees are banging around doors and bins cleaning rooms all the while their loud washing and drying machines are running. I have never had a relaxing time at this place. I expect to be in peace when I am saunaing. 2. My personal experience: I signed up during their 12 days of Christmas with Allie she informed me I would receive 2 free sessions and 3 free sessions (on top of the gifts of light) for a guest. They want you to pay extra for your guest to be in the same sauna (again this backwards because it costs them LESS money to be in the same sauna). Since Allie only verbally gave me these sessions and did not note of it, I was not honored these sessions. When my guest came with he was never informed he had to use all 3 sessions at once, so when we went a month later they said he couldn't go (even though this was agreed upon in my contract + bonuses). Later I found out Allie is no longer employed. I have worked in customer care for over 10 years, you always want to make your guests feel honored and taken care of. After about 3 months (and 6 unused sessions) I informed them I had a medical condition which has not allowed me to continue and that I have been disappointed with my membership and wished to cancelled. I was not honored and this conversation with the manager Ariel was not noted. I cancelled my credit card payments and received a few phone calls by an employee stating it didn't go through. The communication between customer to employees, employees to employees, and manager to employees is not happening at this place. I informed the employee about my medical condition she said she had no idea but would mail me paperwork (due to the virus) and that I need a doctors note otherwise my account goes to collections. Overall, this place is a mess. It is not relaxing or healing what so ever. The employees never know whats going on with their clients. The manager does not care about making the customer happy and HONORING their contract and bonus sign ups. They do not care about their clients only making money! The sauna experience is wonderful and exceeded my expectations. I loved it so much that I ended up purchasing my own home version. I would have given them a five star rating had their integrity matched the product. After 6 months of routine visits, I scheduled more than usual sessions to use up what I had banked prior to my contract ending and was told that all the earned free sessions had expired. This was surprising, as I called in every appointment, yet at no time did anyone ever suggest or book one of the earned free session versus my paid for sessions which carry over when unused. Their practice is to promote product and offer free sessions if make a purchase, while silently letting the free sessions earned expire. I spoke to the manager who was going to offer me a free session to resolve my complaint; however, I'm certain this happens to most customers who fall for the marketing plow, so my desired resolution is for them to change their marketing or booking practices to ensure they fulfill what is advertised. Other than the shady marketing, my experience was good. read more

Terrible ethics and customer service. Make you jump through hoop after hoop just to cancel your membership. Before you can cancel, they make you suspend your account for 1-2 months just Incase you don't actually want to cancel. Even if you do go in a say you want to cancel, they will auto sign you up for another 6 month period that you want find out about for 2 years from a letter in the mail. read more

I absolutely love this place! I had never been to a place like this. I heard about it from a friend and went to get my mom a gift card for Christmas. While I was there I was totally drawn in by the calming atmosphere, friendly staff, and the "differentness" it had. As soon as I walked in the door I felt relaxed. I struggle with anxiety so as soon as I felt that calming feeling I knew I had to give it a chance! Now after going about 8 sessions I feel amazing! I have more energy, I'm sleeping better at night, and I'm losing weight! My skin has even improved as well. It is so much softer, brighter, and more clear. You just feel relaxed and rejuvenated after you are done. The staff is very nice and welcoming. Everyone I have met so far has remembered my name, ask me how I am liking different products and the experience, and answer any questions I may have. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and it is just an overall amazing experience. read more

I received a call from Tiffany on July 20th about the review I posted earlier in July. Tiffany's message indicated that she would like to get in touch with me to discuss the poor experience I had with 3 Degrees. I was out of town until July 22nd in which I called 3 Degrees and left a message with Ariel for Tiffany to call me back. Tiffany did call my back on the 22nd, but I was unable to take the call. I called and left a message for Tiffany on July 28th, and again on Aug. 3rd. On Aug. 3rd I left a message with Ariel explaining that I should not be spending so much time reaching out to Tiffany since I'm the unsatisfied customer. I also explained that if Tiffany was not able to contact me Aug. 3rd that she shouldn't bother trying anymore. Unfortunately, I did not receive any phone call for the rest of the day. So again, I would not recommend this place to anyone for the poor customer service this business portrays. It seems that SuiteSweat, 3 Degrees, or whoever they may be tomorrow aren't interested in retaining clients. read more

The services is awful! Expressed my concerns to Tiffany and she did not care, she told me that I was stuck and would be out of money if I did not use my sessions. They are the rudest people I know and won't solve anything. I would not recommend them to anyone! This is suppose to be a relaxing environment and that if far from what you get. If I could give 3 Degrees no stars, I would do it. I have never experienced such poor customer service. In December, I spoke to Tiffany about ending my membership at 3 Degrees. I was left with the impression that as long as I paid my final payment for my six-month contract, I would be done with this business. She told me that they needed a "30 day notice", but NEVER mentioned coming in to fill out a cancellation form. I assumed that a written email stating that I was not in need of their services would be enough. Even though I had not used any of my sessions, I did pay my final payment on my contract and assumed that everything was taken care of. Three months later, I discover that 3 Degrees has still been taking money out of my account every single month for a membership that, as I had discussed with Tiffany, needed to be canceled. When I emailed 3 degrees this morning to address my concerns, I was basically told that I just should've known that I had to come in and sign a cancellation form even though my six months had already expired. So on top of the money I had already spent to pay off my contract, I now have paid over $100 for sessions that I didn't know I was being charged for and never redeemed (and apparently now, WON'T be able to redeem as Tiffany and Penny have done me the "favor" of cancelling my membership before I had the chance to redeem any of the sessions I was charged for). I haven't stepped foot in the business since December. When I asked why I was not told that I needed to sign a cancellation form when I originally spoke with Tiffany, her reply was, "When you said you were done with our business we did not reply." I believed that by not receiving a reply, my membership would end as would the payments. The whole reason I had emailed Tiffany in December was to discuss how to cancel my membership! It would have been very simple for Tiffany to email me back to tell me that I needed to come in and sign a cancellation form. Instead she never replied, and now I have paid over $100 in sessions that I won't be able to redeem and that they refuse to refund. Not impressed at all. Avoid this business. Had I not replaced my debit card last month, they would still be taking payments out of my account for a membership that expired in December.
