It was my first ever time visiting this store. When I first walked in, I thought it looked great, so many different things to see. But after a few minutes of looking around, started noticing the same guys pretending to be looking at books or vinyls or whatever in every section my brother and I were in. Every time we turned a corner, we could see them running all around the store to try to watch us from every angle they can, and then immediately go to a book to pretend to read it while watching us.
I think there were more security guards than there were customers, not counting my brother and I. Instead of security guards that take their job too seriously, how about getting friendly staff to greet and guide customers around.
I actually did want to buy a t-shirt and a manga book (for an anime that I am waiting for the next season of), but after how horrible they made me feel, like a potential criminal, I'm never coming back to this store again.
Did any of the staff ask us if we needed help finding anything? No. Did they bring out all the security guards to follow us throughout the store? Yes. read more
