Anyway as time and matches went by, I soon realized I was getting matches, over and above the original 6 I had signed up for. No more money was asked of me, so I felt "Lets see how far this ride goes'. One thing that confused me, was getting calls from someone in Dallas informing me of my latest match. What does Dallas have to do with Vancouver? Anyway, out of 30 matches, 1 for sure was a great match, and the other 29 had no interest after our first meeting. 1 match, after we agreed to meet, phoned back to say her children didn't want her to meet me. Another was highly insulated that I suggested our lunch be "Dutch Treat". Covid seemed to shut everything down for me, as I didn't want to meet anyone during the Pandemic. Obviously neither did BC Matchmakers, as they never called with another match. So far as hand matching people, don't believe it. I think they just take your money, match you with whomever they want, and hope they can keep you on their line for either getting more money out of you, or by luck, you do find someone through them. I seriously suggest, you do your homework and use a more professional service than this. I will say in closing, it was an interesting experience, met 30 women, and unfortunately for whatever reasons, never found "That Someone Special."
