When we first started renting here about 5 years ago, it was nice. The people were friendly and it…read morewas well-kept. Not sure what has happened but the homeless people have started renting units within the facility and some of them hang out up there. At first, a couple were bringing their bicycles inside, that has slowed down and now they're just cleaning up inside the bathrooms. The German roaches have been out of control ever since I started noticing the homeless hanging around. I don't know if this is a coincidence or not. I think it can be a great place again if they fix some leaky ceiling tiles, replace some ceiling tiles that look a little moldy and they change pest control providers; it will just take time I guess.

Take my advice. If you need ANYTHING done with these people, do it in person and not over the…read morephone. Going in person means less chance of workers messing stuff up. On May 16th, I signed a contract for a storage unit for the excessive price of $129.95. This was because my Landlord was going to evict me and I needed a place to store my stuff till I have a Plan B. The next day, May 17th, I get a call from my Landlord saying, since I can't seem to find a place to stay, they're extending my lease by another 3 months. The very same day I call and explain the situation to the workers and requested a Refund since I signed the contract yesterday and never once used their services. They refused to give me a refund. I then told them I want to cancel my contract because I will no longer need their services. Keep in mind, because this is a expensive and important business transaction, I quietly record my phone convos just to have something to fall back on incase something goes wrong. The worker told me that they canceled my plan effective May 17th. Now fast forward to the present day. It's now June 16th. I just got an email I was charged for $129.95 for this month. Excuse me?! I spoke with you 1 MONTH AGO canceling my contract. You even confirmed ON RECORDING that you did so. So I guess you lied to me. I AM NOT PAYING FOR ANOTHER MONTH FOR THAT PRICE WHEN I DO NOT NEED IT. I don't care what manager I need to speak to, I don't even care if I have to dispute this on my credit card or take this to corporate, mark my words I will be getting this refunded. The mistake was on you, NOT me. I have sent an email about this, and I will be making a phone call about this later today. I want my money back cause as I said, I am not paying for this. The workers straight up lied to me. Refused to compensate me for my contract when I never once used their services, this is unacceptable. As a Level 7 Local Guide, it is my pleasure to give this place a 1 out of 5 stars. I'd give it a 0 star if I could.

Also had a great outdoor area for storage of campers, etc. Access is easy as a customer while being secure from unauthorized visitors. The staff Manager John and Dave were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The location is very convenient (right off Rt 93 and East Stone drive) and easy to maneuver with alot of space for cars and moving trucks. Highly recommend!
