Hayley apologized and explained the person I was dealing with was no longer with the company. Hayley said the company would honor the pre-existing estimate if I wanted to move forward with the project. Within a week Hayley and the crew were at my front door. They were 15 minutes early, which I really liked. Hayley asked that I show them the project and then she went over it with the crew. Hayley made sure I had her direct number in case I had any questions. The crew did a great job, were polite and cleaned up after themselves. Hayley called approximately an hour later to follow up. I highly recommend this company. Great job Hayley and company!
