I rented the pirate ship bounce house/splash pad combo for my sons 6th birthday party, and I am absolutely blown away with how easy and affordable the whole process was!! At first It was a little bit tricky to find the available dates, but we found something, only complaint about the whole process was the availability of the specific house he wanted (large green combo bouncer that matched Minecraft lol) it seemed to be booked solid. Oh well, the Pirate ship looked like a "Minecraft world" he said. Pirate ship it is‍ So the price I was quoted ended up being for Friday all the way until Monday! Not just the day that I chose, that was absolutely incredible. As a single mom, I was really stressing out about the cost, the set up, everything, but it couldn't have been more simple process! I reserved the date with a $50 deposit, I didn't pay the rest until the delivery, and I was actually in North Conway when they arrived I was able to just pay the rest via email, super easy. I was panicking a little bit about where it would be set up, but the employee was extremely professional, and actually sent me screenshots of where everything would be so I could approve it. When I got home there it was in all its glory lol. An absolute behemoth, I don't think you really see how big they are until they're actually set up lol. I was able to also rent chairs and tables for dirt cheap, $2 a chair? Sign me up everything went off without a hitch, there was no issues at all with the bounce house performance, worked great! I know it's really nerve-racking to plan a little kids birthday these days, it's like nobody ever shows up which can be heartbreaking as a parent. Well, you don't have to worry about that if you rent one of these haha, I put "bounce house/splash pad so bring bathing suits" on the invites, and the entire class had been talking about it all week We had an amazing turn out! Over 30 people stopped by! The next morning, I woke up, and they were already taking it down for me, I went out to tip them, but other than that I didn't have to do a thing. I hate to keep mentioning that I'm a single mother, but when you're trying to do everything alone, you literally can't put a price on that type of service, but they have lol and it's EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE FOR WHAT YOU GET! I spent a total of $469 for the bounce house in the pictures, 6 chairs, 2 large banquet tables, delivery (all the way out near Porter) set up, taking it down, and we had it from Friday noon-Monday 9am Back in Cincinnati it would have been 1k easy. With the price of everything going up, it's amazing to see a company keeping rates affordable! I know this is a gushing review lol I promise I don't work for them, I'm just blown away with how easy it was, how LITTLE I had to do... I will be using them for every birthday moving forward lol. We rented a bounce house this past weekend from 207 Bounce. While a group of kids all under 10 years of age were using the bounce house, a large mesh wall they were leaning on tore and the kids spilled out onto the ground. One complained of a head injury. This incident was witnessed by four adults standing approximately 30 feet away. We immediately shut down the fans as the house was no longer safe to use. Today, 207 Bounce is claiming that there is no way that the mesh wall tore, and that it must have been cut. Again, four reputable adults witnessed the wall tear. The owner at 207 Bounce will barely let you get a word in over the phone, and insists that it was cut even when I told him that I witnessed it tear with my own eyes. He is a very frustrating person to deal with, and for that alone I would not recommend doing business with him. Apparently, his products do not deteriorate with time outside in the sun. Strange, I am sure that the colors have faded, but somehow that mesh wall is as strong as it was on day one in this guy's version of reality. He's even suggested filing a police report for vandalism. He also expressed zero concern for the wellbeing of the kid's who spontaneously fell out of his poorly maintained equipment. A reputable businessperson would understand that equipment deteriorates and that maintenance and repairs are a cost of doing business. This guy should get into a different line of business. There are plenty of other options out there for bounce house rentals. Do not give 207 Bounce your patronage. read more

I had to cancel my Bounce house due to a hurricane because of my geographical location, the wind was pretty bad. I was then told that my deposit was not refundable per "" contract signed. The governor declared a state of emergency. A man was very rude to me on the phone kept talking over me. Told me that my deposit was good for a year when I tried to reschedule the house for the following weekend. They couldn't because they didn't have any available. The man was very rude. I do not recommend and then because I tried to get my money back so that I could rent another bounce house . He told me that caramel was gonna get me. Since when does karma have anything to do with good business if you're a small business, then your priority should be your customers not greed. read more

We rented a bouncy house for our daughter's birthday party. They came early on the day of, which is awesome. They worked with us on the placement and made sure everything was good to go and were flexible on a scheduled time to pick it up. My daughter and her friends had an awesome time, which is always good!! They came the next morning to pick up the bouncy house. The staff were super professional and friendly....but most importantly, the price point was excellent for the service that was provided. read more
