This is incredible. Horrible!! I call 20/20Trinity Eyecare to make an appt for my child. They…read morerefused to give me an appt as I did not have the insurance number right now. I said I would have to get it from the safety deposit box and bring in. They said they would not make an appt til they had the number. I said we were just at the clinic today and her insurance is valid. She kept repeating "policy". Again, I said we just used it today and will bring in when I get the number (from the safety deposit box where it is). She refused. Eventually hung up on me when I said "this is incredible you are refusing to give me an appt." **Mind you my child was referred by a medical doctor for an eye exam due to headaches. This is the second time in 3 months I have had poor care/response from the 20/20 Trinity Eyecare. The last call was related to scheduling my own appt. They are choosing to not be in network with state of ND vision insurance. I asked then if they would look into, etc. Devils Lake has a high number of persons covered by ND state employee vision insurance. Again, now I need to take my business to Grand Forks. Devils Lake business owners wonder why people go out of the region for care. This is why.
