There are many many other tanning institutions that give a much more natural look. I don't know what product they are using, but it's not good. After the spray tan my hands looked terrible-completely orange. My front legs were much darker than the rear. Some areas were much lighter than others. Overall, I would never recommend this place for the bad product. The service was good. However, when I came back to complain, and I clearly looked like an Oompa Loompa, the employee acted like I was insane, and that I looked fine, even when clearly my palms and feet were black! Now I live in the northeast and was just passing through Asheville. Being from the northeast and the spray tans up there, there's no comparison. Claire worked with me to figure out the right color for me and hand wrote me instructions on how to care for the color post-tan! The tan was beautiful and definitely boosted my confidence!
