I liked the fact the this was a local company and reached out to her to get a quote. I had been with my insurance company for many years but figured it wouldn't hurt to compare rates. I was immediately impressed with her customer service skills and when her quote was cheaper with better coverage I made the switch. Suzanne asked if I would be open to having her compare rates for our auto and RV insurance and since I like saving money of course I said yes. Suzanne once again came through with better rates and coverage and we switched all of our vehicles over to Capital Gate Insurance. I then took it upon myself to ask Suzanne for a homeowners quote and she hit it out of the park on that one too! I would like to add that I have never met Suzanne Oliver before this but I am obviously thrilled I made the initial decision to reach out to her. While setting up policies Jennifer was kind, informative and responsive, but once she has you signed up for all the policies, it seems that she doesn't care to provide support when you need it. Unfortunately I must revise my prior review of this agency. My relationship with the owner, Steve,…read morestarted out great as per my initial review. However, over the past couple of months he has stopped responding to my email contacts and now has ignored a phone message I left. Being an Agent is more than just writing policies and getting commissions on them. It should be about relationship building to insure the customer's policies needs are met and solidifying that relationship to have the customer want to continue the business relationship and, potentially, to recommend the business to other folks. I am not sure what happened with Steve - to go from "hero to zero" and, in truth, I don't really care. At this point I will be looking for a new agent so that I can receive the service I deserve. I have three policies thru Steve which, apparantly, means nothing to him anymore. I told Steve when I first became a customer that service was everything to me. If he will not even resond to my contacts anymore it appears he has forgotten what I said.

I'd always heard good things about State Farm, and the Ochs family really brings it to life. Kevin took the time to answer my questions and offered examples of scenarios that I hadn't thought of. Together, we came up with coverage that I feel confident will adequately protect our assets should an emergency or mishap take place.
