Originally I was told they would show up the next day. At 5pm no one had shown up or called my tenant. When I called to find out where they were they said they would be unable to come that day. I rescheduled with them and my tenant for this past weekend. Not once did I receive a phone call or text explaining why they didn't show up. I have now contacted another company in Elizabethtown to do now what I needed done a week ago. I was also willing to pay for the inspection. This is not good customer service and I would not recommend this company.
