I have a complaint about this company and their customer service. I was planning to attend a New Years Eve party where this company was performing and I wanted to see if they tailored their events to be suitable for someone with epilepsy. Not only did they not answer all my questions but they were very rude and unprofessional. Here's a few things they wrote me.
'...I can't really answer that question...'
'...I am not a doctor or responsible for your condition...'
'...talk to your doctor... not me.'
'...if you have a problem with flashing lights then I suggest you DO NOT ATTEND.'
At first I was surprised by their lack of professionalism in their correspondence, it seemed I was messaging a teenager in high school rather than a businessman. Then I was surprised by their lack of any basic knowledge about epilepsy considering their profession and how they tried to brush me off. In the past I have talked with other DJs who've had experience with people who suffered epilepsy and they were very understanding and accommodating.
Since then there has been no apology or any offer to accommodate me, they've made it very clear they don't care about my attendance or my safety. I will be making several more complaints about them in different channels as I don't believe their customers would approve of them driving away their business or their intolerance and ignorance on this subject. read more
