It will take you two weeks to get the car in for a diagnosis then it will take another month to schedule an appointment because they're waiting on parts. They'll schedule a day to have you drop it off. They'll tell you that it'll be done by tomorrow and then two weeks later it's still there with help for a loaner car. It really stings when you pay almost 30 grand for a car.

When I paused and asked why parts guy said they add some sort of additional fees. I told him I called 20 mins ago and was quoted a price and expect to pay that price he didn't seem to care until I got more adament then he finally relented. #2 - Peterson is at or above MSRP on all parts. Do your homework. In most cases they have to order the parts, if you do the same at many different Toyota/Lexus dealers you can get the very same part for 30% less money shipped to your house. The mount I went there for was $89 at Peterson, got th exact same part for $60, the bolts were $19 ea at Peterson online dealer was $12 I happily support local businesses, I will not support excessive pricing for no added service this is nothing but price gouging My lady is in the market to buy a 23/24 Lexus from a dealership within the next few months... we'll be going elsewhere. Hyundai hybrid. The hybrid battery had slowly been going bad for over a year, but I could never deliver it with the codes still lit for accurate diagnostics (so they said). Finally, the hybrid system error escalated beyond check engine/kill engine-restart process. Took it in for diagnostic and they confirmed what was obvious. Approved by Hyundai for warranty hybrid battery replacement. Battery ordered. Once it hit warranty repair status, we clearly went to the bottom of the barrel, both in terms of communication and followup. Trying to get information became excruciating. They wanted to hold onto the vehicle for (what ended up being) weeks even though it would have caused us hardship while they ordered and received the battery. We kept it the car. Once in their shop after a few weeks waiting, a 2-hour service took days... Drop off Sunday. Call Monday afternoon. Hasn't gotten to it, need another day. Contact Tuesday afternoon. No response. Wednesday afternoon, no response. We borrowed a vehicle for my wife's daily commute, and they were getting impatient. Thursday, I got involved by both texting the CSR and calling another CSR... I wanted an answer! Oh, the service person has been out sick the last couple of days. I can tell he started on your vehicle at it was apart. Friday, "service" rep went on vacation. No one knew what the status was. Monday.... now they tried to make their money. They said the regular battery needed to be replaced and it was going to be more than $350. No actual cost provided. NOPE! Never had a problem with the regular battery. Never had it die or send a low voltage battery light. So I came in to pick it up. It was still apart and they wondered why I didn't want them to hold onto the vehicle to replace the car battery. I'M DONE WITH YOU! I left, and realized when I got home they kept the twist lock for my car battery casing. Ugh. Ordered the battery through Les Schwab. Came in, had it installed in 20 minutes, and I went home. Unless absolutely necessary, Bronco Motors service center won't touch my vehicle again. The work eventually was done, so, 2 stars.
