They will say your caregiver can't come because they had Something else they had to do. I can be understanding because of covid and Labor shortages. And believe me I think I've been way too understanding, apparently. But I can call them and tell them I'm in a bad way and I really need my person and they will reroute them 3 days in a row. And I'm left home alone in a bad state. This has happened so many times. And sometimes they don't even let me know.
